it's a deluxe and ideally located hotel. it was so close to emerald pond. the deluxe twin room we were given had climate control, a writing desk and ironing facilities.
Beds were very stiff.

Overall very clean property, it had superb service and location. Don't forget to dine at Pal Saik, it's within 10 minutes walk or so, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Hotel's driver is one of the top employees!

Rilakkuma Cafe was 10 mins walk away. What a good location! You should definitely explore Xinyi district, its worth it...
